Can I get a legal compensation for using my name and destroy my reputation during immigration?

I had a case with the immigration and naturalization service, I cannot meet the threshold burden of establishing statutory eligibility for the grant of asylum, also I cannot meet the tougher standard required for withholding of deportation. So I got deported from USA. Since time ago I found my case was published in the internet using my name. It is affecting my life; destroy my reputation, for the last 5 years I can’t get a job. Now I face a big problem for my kids. I have 3 USA citizen kids facing a bad reputation for their father because somebody put my case published for the public in the internet. Do I have any rights to sue them for continuing using my name and case with full details published for public in the internet? Should I be paid any compensation for the use of my name, and my case and destroy my reputation?
