Can a person with an expired green card and has criminal records be deported?
My husband has been taken into ICE custody. His green card is expired; he has 8 crimes on his criminal record, 1 felony. He just received 6 months suspended for assault and battery (DV). We have been married 3 years and have a 4 year daughter together. Is he deportable? Are they going to put a bond on him?
